3 Bricks-A-Day Theory

Let's Save America National Dream Round-Up
The Dream Roundup Newsletter
May 29, 2002

Dear Dreamers,

We had a great week at Dream Roundup Headquarters with 114 new dreams, including 2 new states: Delaware and Wyoming. Only 10 remain dreamless:

D.C. Mississippi
Iowa New Hampshire
Kentucky New Mexico
Louisiana Oklahoma
Maine Vermont

Are there no dreamers in our capitol city? Do the mountains of Vermont and the lobster in Maine make dreams unnecessary? I doubt it. If we make a little more noise, we might be able to get those 10 states to start a dream stampede.

Florida still leads with the most dreams planted: 224 at presstime, and Amber Grady is still our top cowpoke-she lassoed 215 of them! But you'd better watch your back, Amber! The Roundup is gathering momentum.

The "star state of the week" is Wisconsin, with more new dreams than any other: 43. Illinois is right behind, with 22. All 65 were lassoed last week by the same cowpoke: Board member Philippe Matthews, from Chicago. Wouldn't it be great if the new star states in the weeks of June came from those 10 that haven't planted any yet?
Let's make that our new goal:

DREAMS FROM EVERY STATE BY THE 4TH OF JULY!
Submit your dreams online, or send hard copy to Dream Roundup Headquarters at P.O.Box 2869 Coeur d'Alene, ID 83816. To order Dream Application forms, send us an e-mail:

Until next week: sweet dreams!

Dream Tip of the Week

Many of you have not had the opportunity to attend one of our events, where we've talked about how to write your dreams. Here's a quick and simple overview:

WRITE YOUR DREAMS AS THOUGH THEY'VE ALREADY HAPPENED.

If you write "I want" this and "I want" that, the state of WANT may be exactly what you manifest. For many of us, that's not much better than present reality.

Instead, write "I have" this, and "I have achieved" that.

The essence of the exercise is to envision your perfect life before you write a single word. Then, write your dreams as though you're describing what IS. When written this way, I believe your dreams become a force of nature.

May all your dreams come true!

--Brad

The Mailbox

To the Dream Team:

I wrote out my dream about a week ago and submitted it. I am not sure how this works. Am I supposed to get support from the group with my dreams? I have a lot of things I want to accomplish and I could use some support.
Dr. Tom Miller
Dr. Miller:

Thank you for writing your dream. That in itself starts the magic.

Yes, the vision of the Roundup is to support participants in pursuing their dreams. Have you subscribed to the newsletter? It's designed to share tips and inspiration for subscribers. We have a fine group of individuals on the Dream Team that have a lot to offer in a wide range of fields: finance, family, relationship, business, and more. Our vision is for each of them to share their ideas through the newsletter, in books, CDs, pamphlets, and online conferences.

I have written a manual (The Dream Manual) that'll be out soon, to share some insights that helped make my own dreams come true. I believe those insights will help other dreamers experience the same joy. While we wait for the manual to come out, here are 2 tips I want to pass on to you.

1. I actually rewrite my dreams every day. It adds clarity to my life. If I make a decision that gets me off-track, rewriting my dream sharpens my focus. And, the more senses engaged in your dream, the deeper its roots reach into your subconscious mind. I recommend you do this.

2. Use my 3-bricks-a-day theory. It goes like this: once you decide on a specific dream, take a small action in that direction every day - that's your "3 bricks." If you stack 3 bricks a day, in a couple weeks someone might walk by and see half a wall, and a few weeks after that, a room. In 3 months, the frame of the whole building stands tall. Most of my friends are amazed I can accomplish as much as I do. My response: it's not that hard when you stack 3 bricks a day.

Thank you for your input-it's deeply appreciated. Please share your thoughts and needs with us as often as necessary. Our team is dedicated to helping others pursue their passions. May yours see the light of day and bring you joy.
