Hey Dreamers!
Have you heard the term, “bringing in the drag?”
That’s authentic cowpoke talk for bringing in the stragglers on a cattle
roundup. You can help bring in the drag for the Dream Roundup by encouraging
friends, family and coworkers to plant their dreams.
Our top cowpoke at presstime is Amber Grady, who rounded
up 215 dreams from the state of
Florida. Amber used the dream
exercise on our website, then inspired a group of high school students to plant
their dreams, placing her state firmly on top.
There are several other top cowpoke contenders out there, including Shirley
from Michigan, Philippe from Illinois, Maggie from South Carolina, and Linda
from Florida. (Florida again! The rest of us are going to have to get
cracking!)
If you’re interested in “bringing in the drag” in your state and becoming a
recognized “cowpoke,” you can do it two ways: 1) Tell people to plant their
dreams online and mention your name as reference, or 2) Send us an
e-mail at
dreamteam@dreamroundup.com and ask for some hard copy Dream
Applications. They’re duplicate forms—one copy goes in a sealed envelope to
Dream Roundup Headquarters, where we have over 400 confidential hard copy
dreams, so far, in a special safe. The other copy stays with the dreamer. Send
the filled-out hard copy dreams back to Dream Roundup Headquarters at
P.O.Box 2869 Coeur d’Alene, ID 83816
Sweet dreams!

From the Boardroom....
“I’d be happy with just
a reliable car,” sighs Charlene, a dream prospect in Aurora,
Illinois.
With a smile, Dream Roundup founder (and author of The Dream Manual)
Bradley Dugdale says she’s approaching it all wrong.
“Don’t settle,” he says. “Think big. Envision your perfect
life, in detail, and write it down. It’s not self centered, or greedy, or
impractical, no matter what you’ve believed all your life. Use your heart as
your guiding light—it always knows the truth. When you live the truth, and
acknowledge your passions, your dreams take on a life of their own. You’ll find
that suddenly the things you need are right before your eyes."
“Everybody has dreams, and everybody’s dreams can come true, if they
have the courage to bring them into the light. ”
The Dream Report
The Roundup sent out a national press release announcing the vision of
collecting 1,000,000 dreams and announcing award-winning actress Patty Duke as the honorary
chairperson.
The media world is starting to take notice.
Co-founder Bradley Dugdale was on a Florida Talk radio show last Thursday
for an hour and half and was a special guest Sunday on a radio talk show in
Seattle Sunday morning.
Next week he and
Patty Duke are scheduled for radio interviews in Daytona
Beach, Philadelphia, Kansas City, and Huntsville, Alabama. And, we’ve received
phone calls from local newspapers in the Pacific Northwest.
Not a bad start for the first week!
If you have an idea how to help promote the Dream Roundup, please send us
an e-mail.

Dream Tip of the week
When you’re
writing your dreams,
BE SPECIFIC.
General dreams yield general results.
If you dream of a jump in your income, for example, state the dollar
figure. If you dream of achieving some benchmark of performance, specify it. If
you dream of an improved relationship, spell out what that relationship looks
like in your dream.
Congratulations to the great state of Florida for overtaking Idaho with an
impressive 223 dreams planted at presstime! Idaho is now in second place, with
147.
The states with 0 dreams planted are down to 12. Give ‘em a nudge! They
are:
Delaware
D.C.
Iowa
Kentucky
Louisiana
Maine
Mississippi
New
Hampshire
New Mexico
Oklahoma
Vermont
Wyoming
